How is Valiro priced?
Three plans: Free (3 seats, 2 projects, forever free), Pro (per-seat pricing — €49/month for office seats, €9/month for field seats; 20% discount on annual billing) and Enterprise (custom pricing for company-wide rollouts, regulated industries or custom integrations).
Why two seat types?
Office seats and field seats use the platform differently. Office seats run the desktop app for project setup, dispatch and reporting. Field seats use the mobile app to execute jobs on-site. Splitting them keeps the price honest — you pay for what each role actually needs.
What if we outgrow the Free plan?
Upgrade to Pro at any time — no migration, no data loss. Your projects, configurations and history carry over instantly. For company-wide rollouts or custom integrations, the Enterprise plan adds dedicated onboarding, a custom data processing agreement, an SLA and volume discounts.
How does the Pro trial work?
You can try Pro features for 14 days without a credit card. The Free-plan volume limits (2 projects, 3 members, 5 work packages per project) still apply during the trial — they lift the moment you upgrade. After 14 days you either move to a paid Pro plan or continue on Free without losing anything.
