Building the future of AI-powered business

The idea for Valiro was born when Olga Ryannel visited hotels and observed a common challenge: how does management effectively communicate with all staff members, providing clear instructions and timetables? It became clear that a shared AI knowledge base could truly help everyone—from housekeeping to front desk to management.

When this idea was pitched to another company, it quickly became apparent that they faced a similar problem: how to connect with workers across the country and keep them engaged with the company. The challenge of distributed workforce communication was universal.

Later, Jonah joined while completing his university degree with a thesis focused on AI knowledge bases. His academic research and technical expertise provided the foundation for what would become Valiro's core technology.

Together, they founded Valiro AI Solutions and began building Valiro—a platform designed to connect field teams, share knowledge, and empower every worker with AI-assisted workflows.
