3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

The Service distinguishes between staff users (with full access to project management features) and normal users (with limited access focused on assigned work). Your access level is determined by your organization’s administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

The Service includes AI-powered features that use Google Gemini with EU data residency. When you use AI features:

  • Your queries and relevant document context are processed to generate responses
  • AI responses are provided for informational purposes and should be verified
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Valiro AI Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Payment and Subscription

8.1 Fees

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are based on your selected plan and are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8.2 Changes to Pricing

We may change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we will retain Your Data for 30 days to allow for export.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALIRO AI SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valiro AI Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
